DO - Key Responsibilities
- Cashier monitoring on a daily basis and reporting to the Head Cashier
- Training and development of cashiers
- Generating various reports
- Banking activity
- Reconcile cash with receipts at the end of each shift and make sure that any discrepancies are mentioned in the DSR
- Identify and address any POS related problem on an immediate basis
- Customer service at the cash counter
- Train staff in cashiering
- Well versed with the various SOP's
- Able to handle cash operations independently in the absence of Head Cashier
- Never say "No" to customer
Required Qualification & Work Experience
- Graduate (Preferable Commerce background)
- Minimum 2 Years of similar work experience in Retail Industry.
Required Key Skills
- Good knowledge of Retail industry and products
- Planning and organizing skills
- Analytical skills
- Good knowledge of MS office
- Should have handled team of cashier
