Employment: Full Time

- To prepare required products and ensure compliance of work station in accordance with the Foodmark operational standards
- Regularly checks and prepares stock needed.
- Cooks food orders according to proper procedures and portioning.
- Takes initiative to help management reduce expenses by minimizing food spoilage due to careless handling of food.
- Monitors equipment and storage efficiency to prevent wastages.

Requirements

- Ensures proper use of all kitchen equipment.
- Assists co-workers in their duties when necessary.
- Maintains cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- Accomplish reports as assigned by kitchen supervisor.
- Prepares and cooks employee meals as assigned.
