Employment: Full Time

Data Entry:

- Accurately enter product information, including item codes, descriptions, and pricing, into the database.
- Update and maintain product data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Inventory Management:

- Assist in managing and updating inventory records, tracking stock levels, and generating reports as required.
- Collaborate with the buying team to reconcile discrepancies in inventory data.

Documentation:

- Maintain organized records of purchase orders, invoices, and other relevant documents.
- Ensure all documentation is filed accurately and efficiently.

Communication:

- Communicate effectively with team members to gather and clarify product information.
- Provide timely updates on data entry progress and report any issues or concerns.

Quality Control:

- Conduct regular quality checks on entered data to identify and correct errors.
- Work closely with the buying team to ensure data accuracy in product listings.
