Job Description

The CTG Global Internship Programme offers a small group of outstanding students or recent graduates the unique opportunity to acquire direct exposure to CTG operations. It is designed to complement Finance and Human Resources oriented studies with hands on' project aligned practical experience in the various aspects of CTG Global's work. Interns are given significant autonomy and substantial exposure to projects which are integral to CTG's 3 year strategic plan. Applicants should have expressed interest in the fields of Human Resources and Administration, be adaptable to new environments and be able to work with individuals from different cultural backgrounds. Interns work under the mentorship and supervision of a staff member at CTG Global. The selection process is competitive with the background of the interns matched with the needs of the organization.

The Company requires a dynamic self-starter' in this role who can work with the company's Talent Acquisition Director to support the recruitment function.

Recruitment Intern for CTG Global (CTG), based in CTG's Global Head Quarters in Dubai.

Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
-Responsibility for sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates CV's.
-Providing assistance with the management of CTG's recruitment database.
-Administering assessment tests.
-Management of Consultant documentation collection.
-Other ad hoc duties assigned by the Talent Acquisition Director.

Sourcing, Screening & Shortlisting Candidates CV's
-Collating and assessing CV's and grade candidates for positions as advised by, and within the timeline specified by the Talent Acquisition Director.
-Conducting initial interviews and compiling shortlists of suitable candidates.
-Ensuring vetting procedures are completed and followed exactly as detailed in as per client contracts and aligned to CTG's recruitment Standard Operating Procedures.
-Ensuring recruitment vetting is transparent and void of nepotism, all Consultants qualifications and experiences are verified and references are relevant.
-Ensuring quality assurance compliance.
-Maintaining excellent relationships with candidates.

Management of CTG's Recruitment Database
-Assisting the Talent Acquisition Director in managing CTG recruitment and HR databases for usage by Account Managers and Recruiters in the countries of service, ensuring such is continually maintained with circumstantial updates and used efficiently, effectively and compliantly.

Administer Assessment Tests
-Liaising with third parties to introduce efficient assessment tools based on clients' requirements.
-Ensuring all administrative requirements are in place to run the assessments.

Management of Recruitment Documentation Collection
-Ensuring quality control and compliance for the collection of recruitment documentation files.

Ad Hoc Duties
-Responsibility for other duties within the scope of this role as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Director.

Requirements

-Desire for hands on' work experience in recruitment.
-University degree in Human Resources or Business Management or equivalent.
-Good knowledge of Recruitment tools, procedures and processes.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (other language skills a benefit).
-Comprehensive capabilities in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Express) with Windows 7 operating system.
-The ability to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines.
-Have a mature personality.
-Good organizational and administrative skills.
-Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines.

Line Management
Talent Acquisition Director

CTG is looking for interns to make a minimum commitment of 6 months. Interns do not receive a salary or any other form of life support from CTG Global. The costs associated with an intern's participation in the programme must be assumed either by a nominating institution, which may provide the required financial assistance to its students, or by the interns themselves, who will have to meet living expenses as well as make their own arrangements for accommodation, travel and other requirements. In addition, applicants must have medical insurance for the duration of the internship. Proof of insurance will need to be submitted before the internship begins.

Preference will be given to interns currently located in the UAE.

Working hours: Sunday - Thursday; 9am 6pm
