On behalf of a leading international Law firm with Offices in Abu Dhabi I am recruiting a Legal secretary with a minimum of 2 years experience in a Legal environment.
The role will involve proofreading work for accuracy of format, grammar and punctuation.
Typing and editing documents including correspondence, memoranda, bills & timesheets from transcription tapes&handwritten or typed materials.
Providing other general administration support within a busy legal office environment.
Recieve and transfer telephone calls.
Organisemeetings, appointments andtravel arrangements.
