Providing administrative and technical support to the Legal & Compliance Officer.
Contract review and drafting; Ensure timely renewal of various contracts; Carry out due diligence on parties to contracts; Legal database entry and periodic updating; Maintain systems for hard copy filing of documents; Assist Legal & Compliance Officer in researching and drafting of integral corporate documents and materials e.g. resolutions, contracts, agreements, opinions and notices ensuring deadlines are met; Assist in the notarization and legalization of powers of attorney and other related documents; Provide requisite support services to the Legal & Compliance Officer in ensuring compliance of holding company and its subsidiaries with local, regional and international regulations as well as company policies.
