Are you a social media savvy professional with experience in creating digital marketing strategies and number crunching across various platforms?
We are currently looking to recruit a Social Media Strategy Specialist to work closely with our Group's own concepts such as Level, Wojooh and Tryano.
As a Social Media Specialist you will be responsible for giving Business Units guidance on their social media marketing strategy and how to drive customer engagement and social media ROI. Responsibilities include monitoring all relevant KPI's and providing guidance to BU's on all social media activities such as identifying and optimizing usage of most relevant social media platforms, content strategy, identifying optimised posting frequency and times according to platform and customer profile, optimizing paid post efficiency etc. The successful candidate should also investigate cost saving opportunities via assessing programmatic media buying and potentially moving current by brand buying to centralize buying to drive cost saving.
•Guide the business units in the development of their digital marketing strategy, with a focus on social media and influencer outreach, develop campaigns and improve social media performance
•Assist in the development of the business units' social media advertising strategy
•Provide ongoing social media analytics to drive brand communication from a digital perspective closely working with key stakeholders and counterparts cross-functionally
•Guide the business teams on setting most suitable digital/social metrics, KPIs and benchmarks
•for each activities, monitor and measure performance
•Develop and implement dashboard reporting for all social media activity of the assigned brands
•Transform data into insights by charting social media trends and anomalies around markets
•Create weekly/monthly reports and actionable summaries to inform business decisions
•Identify best in class practices to drive brand awareness, sales and customer engagement via social media
•Identify latest technology and upcoming platforms people use and inform brands about them and guide on potential usage
•Provide regular social media inspiration to the digital/brand teams
•Work with the business units' PR and Media teams to develop influencer strategies (organic and sponsored) and leverage relationships with bloggers, retailers and press social media contacts to establish partnerships and secure support for the brands
•7 + years of digital / social marketing experience
•Min. Bachelors degree qualification in public relations, marketing, social media management or business communications
•Excellent English skills a MUST, Arabic a strong plus
•Professional experience in retail industry and / or multinational FMCG / beauty / fashion brand
•Excellent communication and presentation verbal and written
•Strongly business-focused and cross-functionally connective
•Strong background in digital industry in terms of marketing communication
•Curious and keep abreast of new technologies and digital trends
•Strong analytical and technical expertise
