Maintenance Coordinator and Customer Service

Are you good at organizing, coordinating, and calming customers? Im looking for an assistant to help coordinate maintenance and management of my portfolio of properties and customers. Youll be working with me directly on this project in Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai. Your friends should describe you as a person who is meticulous, responsive, organized, cooperative, contentious, and detail-oriented.

Youll be contacting and meeting maintenance teams and updating tenants and, youll be organizing files, keeping track of costs & work done and creating process flow charts. Part of this job is going to be helping me create systems to automate that. Experience doing this is going to be useful.

Salary: AED2000 for the first month plus and extra 1k-2k extra per month if I can expand the business. No maximum salary at this point. Willing to offer a percentage of income of business expansion.

Hours: Training will be the 2 weeks to get oriented. Hours will be about 4-6 hours 9:00am-3:00pm, then after the initial training, it will only be max 4 hours/day Sunday through Thursday, most days less and some days none.

Ideal person will be on a spouse or own visa and looking to be a part of a growing business with a very driven Entrepreneur. You should also have your own car, a smart phone with WhatsApp, google maps, knowledge of google docs/spreadsheets, as well as knowledge of Excel.
