PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A CONTRACT ROLE FOR 8 MONTHS.
Key Objective: Supporting all Sales Planning activities in MENA region
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
-Management of the Distributor Forecast Tool - Includes preparation, review and analysis.
-Co-ordinate with the Managers for the risks & opportunities in importer forecasts.
-Full responsibility of Sales Planning tool SPRINT.
-Send out monthly sales updates to the team (Sales monitor).
-Annual Stock verification with Vista and 5 panels.
-Analyze stock to meet constrained forecasts.
-Collect and review the KPIs from the importers including enquiries, test drives, showroom traffic. This data is to be submitted to the center weekly & monthly (through, drumbeat, demand review, Insite).
-Send monthly sales data and maintain the database. Distribute the database to the RO team.
-Manage queries and any adhoc requests from the importers and Regional Office team.
-Manage user access to the different systems like Vista, GDN , GRP etc.
-Manage the Global Retailer Portal for the sales team.
-Work on continuous improvements to the existing process of Planning, forecasting, collection and implementation of the data.
-Support the supply planning role when necessary.
Salary 18-21,000 AED
