Equal Education Partners are looking for an experienced Welsh Speaking Cover Supervisor to work in a busy Secondary School in East Cardiff. With around 850 pupils on roll, you will be part of a dynamic teaching team, supporting a variety of pupils with mixed learning abilities. 

Most of your working week will be spent with the Year 10 and 11 pupils, supporting with additional revision sessions and timetabled core classes such as English and Science. 

You will be working on a full-time basis, 08:30 to 15:30 Monday to Friday, from 3rd June until the end of the academic year. This role has the potential to be extended into the new academic year. 

Requirements

-       Encourage student participation. 

-       Manage classroom behaviour.

-       Assist with and deliver work left by the class teacher. 

To be considered, you will need to have experience of working with pupils aged 11-18 over the last 2 years, the ability to manage disruptive classroom behaviour and be able to ensure pupils remain on task.
