With Intelligence is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Frontend Team Lead to join our dynamic engineering team. As the Frontend Team Lead, you will be responsible for motivating a team of frontend developers in designing and implementing high-quality web applications and interfaces. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver outstanding user experiences.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to mentor and guide the growth of the frontend team while staying hands-on with coding and technical decision-making. You will be working in an agile environment, using modern frontend technologies and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of frontend developers, providing guidance and support on technical challenges.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Architect, design, and implement complex web applications and interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
• Maintain high coding standards, code quality, and best practices within the team.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure smooth integration and efficient communication between frontend and backend systems.
• Drive continuous improvement in frontend development processes, tools, and technologies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a frontend developer, with a strong understanding of frontend technologies and architectures.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of frontend developers.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
• Extensive knowledge of frontend build tools, package managers, and version control systems (Webpack, NPM/Yarn, Git, etc.).
• Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and management abilities.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
