Business Analyst

With Intelligence is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their objectives and requirements.
• Analyze and document current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Propose and design innovative solutions to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Conduct research and gather data to support business decisions.
• Create detailed business requirements documents and translate them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes, systems, or tools.
• Perform user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new processes or systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Proficient in using business analysis tools and techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification in Business Analysis is a plus.
