With Intelligence, a global provider of data for the asset management industry, is seeking a talented and motivated BI Analyst to join our London team. As a BI Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing data, developing reports and visualizations, and providing insights to support data-driven decision making within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Conduct data validation, cleansing, and transformation to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and impactful visualizations and presentations
• Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests from internal teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in BI and data visualization

Requirements

• Proven experience as a BI Analyst or similar role
• Proficiency in using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Knowledge of SQL for data retrieval and manipulation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Awareness of commercial and operational reporting suites relevant to a platform business
• Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis
• Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful visualizations and reports
• Knowledge of data validation, cleansing, and transformation techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
