We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and engaging People & Culture Partner to join our dynamic team based in London. As a People & Culture Partner, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies to support our employees and drive our company culture forward.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor and partner to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on various HR matters Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance management and talent development initiatives
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyse results to identify areas for improvement
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Build talent capability through performance management, succession planning, career pathing, skill & talent development
• Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve HR programs and initiatives
• Support the development and delivery of training and development programs

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner; experience supporting Sales or Events teams would be advantageous
• A true HR Generalist with strong knowledge of all aspects of HR
• Experience of leading and delivering change and transformation projects, including Mergers and Acquisitions
• Proven experience working within a fast-paced environment, partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver business outcomes
• Flexible personal style, proven ability to influence at all levels of an organisation and challenge thinking in an appropriate, useful way
• Understanding of employment law and best practice
• Experience or desire to work within a truly international team
• Excellent organisation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Process, data driven yet comfortable operating with unknowns/emerging priorities
• Project Management and Business Partnering skills
• Excellent IT skills (advanced Excel and PowerPoint) HRIS knowledge
• Flexibility for occasional travel if required
