This role is for a National Account Executive that has a strong commercial drive to deliver the external joint business plans to drive our customers and Kraft Heinz’s objectives. This role is for an enthusiastic individual who wants to push the boundaries to grow relationships and deliver sustainable performance.
What you’ll be doing
Owning your accounts and your P&L: You’ll be developing your understanding of the Kraft-Heinz Sales Fundamentals; helping to manage a P&L and ensuring consistent delivery of the Kraft-Heinz financial KPIs of profit, sales, and availability. You will be completing performance analysis, monitoring the volume forecast and building full year promotional plans. You’ll develop a strong understanding of our NPD pipeline, the journey of Kraft-Heinz products from factories to customers and how we can optimise our go-to-market strategy. Above all, you will be doing what’s right for Kraft-Heinz, always considering the impact of your decisions on other accounts and winning for the team as a whole.
Insights and Analytics: You will be using data insights to identify new opportunities within your area, showcasing them in a simple, interesting, and visually compelling way. You’ll need to adopt an entrepreneurial mentality and keep up to date with industry trends and wider events, whilst working closely with other functions to develop the future strategic direction of your account and boost NSV!
Executing your Commercial Plan: You will move with speed and agility to deliver solution-focused plans for your customer. You’ll negotiate to get the best deal for Kraft Heinz, leveraging trade-offs and steering conversations to align with your end goals. You will have to think on your feet, see opportunities to take calculated risks and set clear weekly objectives to ensure that opportunities don’t slide. With self-belief and perseverance, you will come mutually beneficial solutions for you and your customer – you’ll be able to share your findings and help advance your whole team’s abilities.
