Accountabilities: Resolving requests to the internal support queue; user management; maintenance of database integrity through data stewardship; and the import or mass update of data. Additionally, this role will collaborate with other team members to develop new process capabilities in support of improving sales and service effectiveness.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline. 2-5 years’ working knowledge of Customer Resource Management and other database systems. 2-5 years’ experience using Salesforce.com.
