Property Delivery Coordinator

 

London based with a balance of home and office working

 

£38,646 - £40,680 per year

 

40 hours per week

 

We have an opportunity for a Property Delivery Coordinator to join our Property Delivery team, based as Blackwall Reach, London, E14. The main purpose of this role is to coordinate an efficient and comprehensive support and administrative service to the Property Programmes Senior Management team.

 

The role of Property Delivery Coordinator will include:

  • Diary and email management for the Head of Service
  • Tracking and chasing of disrepair cases
  • Attending Governance meetings providing admin support
  • Providing support to the wider team including Regional Operations Mangers and Assist Regional Operations Managers
  • Arranging meetings, booking hotels and arranging travel

 

Skills and experiences:

  • Business Admin qualification or relevant experience
  • Proven experience of providing administrative support to senior management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Recent experience of undertaking a similar role
  • Some experience of report writing and analysis
  • Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • Excellent organisation and customer care skills

The full time equivalent salary for this role is £33,815 based on 35 hours per week rising to £35,595 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance
