This full-time role will be based at our Maidstone Support Centre, it will initially be a 6 month contract, but there is the potential for this to be longer.  The role is Mon-Friday/08:30-17:00.

Responsibilities

Purpose of the role:

• To assist in the operational management of the Accounts Receivable team and role model Hidden Hearing's values.
• To supervise a team of staff and ensure that the performance of the team meets the agreed objectives.
• To assist in the creation and development of a highly motivated and committed team.
• This role will be a Supervisory role to begin with, but there is a clear pathway to a Management role (within 6-12 months).
• Contribute to the operational management of the Finance Team
• Maintain high standards of compliance.
• Attend and participate in relevant meetings and training sessions
• Approve leave/sickness request for the team ensuring adequate holiday cover
