About the role    

 

This will be a 6-month FTC within our Finance Team, you will develop strong relationships and provide robust financial planning, analysis, and commercial acumen to truly partner with the business. You’ll also be tasked with supporting the wider finance team with ongoing projects.

  

The essential bits    

 

It is essential that you have 5+ years post qualified experience, ACA/ACCA or CIMA and within a tech-based organisation. A large part of this role is dealing only with cost centre budgets so we’re looking for someone who has demonstrable experience managing Opex savings.

 

You will have a proactive approach to relationship building and understand that as an enabler to the business your role is to work with the business to identify risks.

 

About you and your experience    

 

You will have provided financial support and control for key IT enable projects, partnered to drive insight and decision making that reduces core operational costs and optimisations IT investments.  

 

You’ll be joining peers that work in a small collaborative environment, you will be able to demonstrate a level of perseverance and resilience to see tasks through to completion and a proactive way in which to approach challenges.  The role of a finance business partner is new so you will have to be a collaborator, someone who is a community builder and passionate about sharing best practices with a growth mindset. 

 

You will be a critical thinker who enjoys the challenge of unique issues and complex challenges in a dynamic environment.
