Job Summary

We are looking for an Internal Sales Administrator to join our Commercial Sales Team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with quotation requests, queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.

Responsibilities

• Fully utilise CRM system
• Check data for accuracy in sales orders and supplier orders.
• Raise and send customer quotations.
• Process orders via email or phone.
• Liaise with Suppliers and Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
• Support the external sales team where necessary with information as required.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum national 5 pass in Maths and English or equivalent, but not essential (based upon work experience).
• Any administrative qualifications advantageous.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Fully site based at the Fareham office.

Key Competencies

• Well organised and good eye for detail.
• Numerically capable with ability to calculate corrects costs/margins.
• Willing learner and ability to handle urgent situations calmly.
• Good computer literacy is essential with knowledge of Microsoft Office suites.
• Hands on experience with CRM software.
