Job Purpose 
You will manage complex EMEA projects in support of our corporate strategy by providing technical and engineering expertise for new products and packaging introductions. You will ensure the plant is capable of manufacturing the final product safely and to an outstanding quality standard to meet the customers’ requirements.
 
Job Responsibilities 
•    Develop & manage clear project plans with scope, budget, timings & identified resources.
•    Manage project risk.
•    Provide guidance on stage gate process, site capabilities, site manufacturing, labelling & filling complexity to achieve efficient sourcing of products.
•    Manage set up/changes of SAP/MES master data changes for new products, raw materials & packaging instructions & data requirements.
•    Encourage best practice project management providing standards, techniques, tools & templates.
•    Stakeholder Management.

 

Job Requirements 
•    Undergraduate degree BSC/BEng (or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Chemical or Engineering related discipline.
•    Master’s degree in Project Management or an Engineering related discipline (or desirability to work towards the qualification).     
•    Extensive experience in chemical or mechanical construction project management in a fully automated manufacturing environment  
•    Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.

•    Knowledge of complex IT Stack that includes SAP, MES & PCS7 systems. 
•    Understanding of build site design, manufacturing & automation processes.
•    Comfortable managing SAP/MES data changes.
•    Experience in managing factory trials/product scale up processes.
