Job Purpose 
You will develop global ‘always on’ content for our Marine, Protective & Yacht business to drive commercial growth. We will look to you to produce imaginative ideas that are well executed and resonate with our audiences as well as ensure our key messages are communicated effectively across channels and platforms.

Job Responsibilities 
•    Manage content strategy.
•    Develop engaging & consistent content that meets customer needs.
•    Collaborate with colleagues to support the execution of our social media strategy.
•    Plan campaign calendar to drive share of mind, brand preference, lead generation & conversion.
•    Produce content for websites, e-newsletters, blogs, internal bulletins & social posts.
•    Manage the Brand Centre & brand assets.
•    Monitor content development/social trends to help generate new ideas.
•    Review content performance & implement changes to ensure & grow the ROI.

Job Requirements 
•    Graduate in journalism, marketing or communications or with other relevant qualifications.
•    Excellent communications skills including social copywriting.
•    Experience of developing engaging content.
•    In-depth knowledge of community management.
•    Good understanding of social media channels.
•    Comfortable overseeing & nurturing third party partners.
