Job Purpose 
Your role will be to document the end-to-end processes for a new service-led project and work with the relevant internal AkzoNobel functions to have these processes approved. 

Job Responsibilities 
•    Become familiar with the end-to-end process & delivery of the service proposition.
•    Work alongside internal colleagues to notate the step-by-step processes for approval.
•    Liaise with our internal legal team and other technical teams to approve these processes.
•    Work alongside the Project Manager to capture & notate the learnings & improvements once the service is live.

Job Requirements 
•    Ideally Degree qualified.
•    Excellent English writing, editing and proofreading skills
•    Proficient in MS Office
•    Excellent attention to detail
•    Good at building relationships
•    Committed to provide excellent customer service.
