Müller Milk & Ingredients which aims to be Britain’s private label dairy leader and produces branded and private label fresh milk, cream, butter and ingredients products. It boasts a network of dairies and depots servicing customers throughout the country.

Müller Yogurt & Desserts which is the UK’s leading yogurt manufacturer which aims to create millions more Müller moments for its consumers. It is responsible for major brands like Müller Corner, Müllerlight, Müller Bliss, Müller Rice, FRijj and Müller Kefir Smoothie and produces chilled desserts under licence from Mondelez International. It also supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated, state of the art yogurt facility.

We are currently looking for a Process specialist to join the team in the Butter Plant at our Market Drayton site.

The ideal person for this position will have experience stepping up into a manager role when needed as well as coaching skills, knowledge of creating and delivering end to end site wastage initiatives and have process optimisation capability.

Contract – 12 month fixed term / Full time (42 hours per week)

Salary - £39,750.00

Working Hours – 4 on 4 off days and nights (7-7)

Location – Market Drayton Dairy

Responsibilities

• High level problem solving capability
• Coaching front line team members, enabling them to solve problems
• Process optimisation capability – to include process mapping
• Displays ownership by creating and delivering end to end site wastage initiatives
• Continuous transfer of knowledge and best practice
• Work with engineering & technicians to observe, recognise and report on process performance and improvement
• Stand in for operators for cover needs (absence, low manning, peak times)
• Shift Lead cover in absence
