Reporting to the Marketing Manager the Business Admin/Marketing Assistant role will initially involve internal training in NexSys business functional areas. Thereafter you will support Marketing and Account Managers with Administration tasks for the NexSys BU.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be willing to take a varied role covering many supporting aspects. The duties of a Business Administrator include providing office support to both employees and customers, keeping company data updated and interacting with clients to build good relationships.
Other duties and responsibilities of Business Administrators may include:
To show motivation and self-discipline in learning how to use and implement various business processes and software packages including CloudBlue and CRM. This will involve learning both the application and gaining an understanding of the business processes. As well as attend training courses, the trainee will be expected to take part in self-led learning.
Skills Qualifications Experience
Previous Experience in an Administration support role.
A business Administration related qualification or accreditation
Ability to liaise with and supporting customers
Self-motivated
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong understandingknowledge of Microsoft software
Professional attitude at all times
Ability to understand and interpret customer requirements
Good commercial awareness
Fantastic Attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills
