Job Title:  Marketing Executive – Propositions
Salary: £30-40k DoE
Role type: Hybrid WFH / London (travel to Bracknell and Dublin)

Purpose:

• Work on positioning and explaining our multi-disciplinary primary care and wellbeing services, digital experience products and clinical pathways to both consumers and business buyers
• Enable internal sales and account management teams from HealthHero as well as our clients and partner organisations on winning new business and up selling to existing clients.

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience of working in a marketing role with a strong focus on authoring engaging and simplified content for digital channels as well as formal proposals
• Excellent content writer and communicator with demonstrable experience (we would love to see your portfolio). Strong grammatical skills are a must.
• Technical writing experience, creating content to convey complex propositions  in an engaging and accurate way that differentiates from competitors
• Experience in the Irish market, working for B2B or B2C organisations based in the Republic of Ireland
• Experience producing creative assets and visually appealing customer-facing content / digital design experience is a plus
• Creative flair with an analytical mindset and ability to communicate complex and technical language in a compelling manner
• Thrives in a hard-working, fast-paced team. Ambitious to work in a start-up/scale-up environment.

Preferred experience:

• Proficient using design software such as Adobe suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma
• Experience with website content management
• Experience using HubSpot (CRM, CMS and automation)
• Experience working in the health sector or professional services
• Design experience for digital channels (web / mobile)
