Core products include chocolate, chocolate decorations, creams, pastry mixes, gelato ingredients, and other bakery / pastry ingredients.The Company, headquartered in Italy, was acquired by Advent International, the global Private Equity firm, in July 2022, and has a strong track record of growth over the last decade.Thanks to the recent acquisitions of important players in the belonging market,IRCA is becoming a global leader in the semi-finished ingredients industry, with 22 manufacturing facilities in Europe, US and Vietnam and a combined €1 billion of revenues.  Position Overview:As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued customers. Leveraging your expertise in international sales and customer service, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of international sales transactions, maintaining effective communication channels, and fostering strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.  Key Responsibilities:· Utilize your bachelor’s degree in international sales and previous experience in a similar role to effectively navigate the complexities of international trade.· Demonstrate mastery of export fundamentals, including Incoterms, means of payment, and international transportation, to facilitate seamless transactions.· Oversee the entire documentation chain for international sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.· Cultivate positive and productive relationships with international customers and internal departments in a multicultural environment, serving as a liaison between parties.· Manage the Order to Cash process with precision and efficiency, ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders and resolution of any issues that may arise. Key Competencies:· Exhibit strong organizational and prioritization skills, effectively managing workload and deadlines.· Demonstrate initiative and proactivity in proposing innovative solutions and addressing customer needs.· Uphold a methodical and rigorous approach to tasks, maintaining attention to detail at all times.· Embrace an open-minded, flexible, and curious mindset, adapting to evolving circumstances with ease.· Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment, contributing to a positive and supportive workplace culture.· Showcase autonomy, reactivity, and responsiveness in addressing customer inquiries and concerns.· Possess excellent interpersonal skills, fostering meaningful connections with customers and colleagues alike.  Required Qualifications:· BTEC Higher National Diploma” or “Diploma Advanced Technician in international Sales· Proven experience in a similar role within the industry, such as sales assistant or export specialist.· Fluent proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with proficiency in an additional language preferred.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP systems such as SAP or INFOR.· Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Sales Force, for efficient customer relationship management.
