Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Endpoint Management Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining endpoint management solutions to ensure the optimal performance, security, and reliability of our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of endpoint technologies, strong troubleshooting skills, and a passion for staying abreast of emerging trends in IT.

This role can be based in any of our U.S. office locations and is a hybrid role. Ideal candidates should be local to the desired location, with the flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days a week, blending the best of both worlds for efficiency and collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

Endpoint Configuration and Deployment:

  • Configure and deploy endpoint devices, ensuring standardization and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate new endpoints into the existing network.

Security Management:

  • Implement and manage endpoint security solutions to protect against malware, unauthorized access, and other security threats.
  • Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement necessary patches and updates.

Endpoint Monitoring and Performance Optimization:

  • Monitor endpoint performance and proactively address issues to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Work with performance monitoring tools to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

Troubleshooting and Support:

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for endpoint-related issues.
  • Collaborate with end-users and other IT support teams to resolve complex problems in a timely manner.

Policy Development and Documentation:

  • Develop and enforce endpoint management policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of endpoint configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Collaboration and Training:

  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of endpoint solutions with other systems.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on best practices for endpoint usage and security.

Ideally, You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Endpoint Management Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of endpoint management tools and technologies.
  • Familiarity with security protocols and best practices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages for automation (e.g., PowerShell).
  • Understanding of ITIL framework.
  • Certifications in endpoint management (e.g., Microsoft Endpoint Manager, SCCM) are a plus.

  • Knowledgeable about the relationship between Private Equity sponsors and their portfolio companies

  • Willing to get your hands dirty in the details of a project while simultaneously seeing the whole picture

Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 + benefits + bonus

Actual compensation packages are determined by evaluating a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education, certifications, cost of labor and internal equity.
