This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of one of our offices near Warwick, Bicester or Guilford where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

What you will do:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, both internal and external, including booking conference rooms, sending out invitations, preparing agendas, and managing logistics.
- Act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and task follow-up.
- Prepare and edit documents, assist with project coordination, and manage confidential information.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the executive team.
Who you are:
- You have extensive experience as a C-Suite executive assistant or similar administrative experience.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to find creative solutions to challenges as they arise.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions, representing the executives and the organisation with integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
