This role will be reporting into the Finance Systems Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new and dynamic department from the very beginning of the company's journey. The role is very diverse and the challenges come thick and fast. The Senior Finance Analyst would be expected to pro-actively support the finance team and Finance Systems Manager through the implementation of new software, and continuous improvement projects.
What you will do:
- Support implementation of new finance systems, ensuring stakeholder requirements are met.
- Monitor implementation progress, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
- Research best practices and benchmark against industry standards for process optimization.
- Collaborate with IT for data governance, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Manage continuous improvement projects to streamline finance processes.
- Maintain finance master data, system access, and provide support for system/process queries.
- Support the finance team and wider business with system and process related queries
Who you are:
- Newley Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Ability to demonstrate experience of systems implementation and/or change management
- Understand the complexities involved in introducing new systems or processes, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, customisation, testing, and training.
- Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in fast-paced environments where priorities may shift rapidly.
- Systems focused mind-set with enthusiasm to continue to build on current knowledge and skills
- Keen eye for detail, thorough and methodical, meticulously reviewing financial data, reports, and documentation to identify errors or inconsistencies.
