Specialist to join our team and play an important role in shaping our workforce across
European offices.

In this role, you will take full ownership of the recruitment process from initial
interviews to the employee's first day, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
for all candidates and new hires. Your responsibilities will include:
Recruitment Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to draft job descriptions that reflect Bike
Club's unique tone of voice, needed skills and responsibilities.
• Schedule and conduct initial screening calls, providing feedback to hiring
managers.
• Coordinate second and third stage interviews with managers/ the executive
assistant.
• Offer interview advice and coaching to hiring managers when necessary.
• Gather candidate feedback and make suggestions for process improvements.
• Extend verbal job offers and draft written offer letters.
• Prepare employment contracts for new hires.

• Manage applicant tracking systems to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment
processes.
Onboarding Responsibilities:
• Take ownership of pre-start date onboarding checklists to ensuring every new
hire feels part of the Bike Club team from day one!
• Conduct employee induction calls and facilitate right-to-work checks.
• Conduct onboarding interviews after probation period to gather feedback and
improve employee experience.
• You're a recruitment dynamo with + 2 years of experience, ready to dive into
the exciting world of in-house recruitment.
• Your experience spans across the vibrant landscapes of both the UK and
European markets.
• You’re comfortable drafting offer letters and employment contracts.
• As a great communicator, you'll effortlessly keep all stakeholders in the loop,
ensuring everyone's on board for the ride.
• Strong organisation skills, able to multitask and manage multiple roles at one
time.
• You thrive in the cosy embrace of a small, friendly team, where collaboration is
a way of life.
Nice to Have:
• In-house recruitment experience is a bonus.
• A little knowledge of Employment law in the UK/Europe would be great.
• While not a must, a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or a shiny CIPD
qualification would definitely earn you bonus points in our book.
