Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, provide information about our services, assist with scheduling appointments, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the repair process. You will work closely with our team of technicians and insurance companies to facilitate a smooth and efficient repair experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide information and assistance to customers regarding our services
  • Schedule repair appointments and coordinate with technicians
  • Collaborate with insurance companies to process claims and ensure timely repairs
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their repairs
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Upsell additional services and products to customers as appropriate

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
