Your Role: Reporting to the Factory Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our engineering team through strong and effective leadership. Your duties will include:

• Developing and implementing maintenance strategies
• Improving key engineering KPIs such as downtime, productivity, and OEE
• Managing the engineering budget
• Introducing maintenance strategies to support business objectives
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in engineering and management
