Job Description

As a key member of the Planning team, this role is responsible for the maintenance and development of critical business reporting and data collection across the Demand and Supply planning team. Key areas of Reporting will include forecast accuracy trend analysis, demand planning processes, Stock and Inventory KPI’s, Conformance to Plan metrics, Raw material risks, Integrated Business Planning budgets and latest estimates, customer demand insights and New Product Development data reviews.

Additionally, the IBP Analyst will assume responsibility for some demand planning tasks relating to smaller accounts as well as providing absence cover for demand planners.

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain integrity of demand planning systems and software
• Prepare and maintain relevant reports and KPI’s across the demand and supply functions
• Introduce process improvements to maximise forecasting effectiveness & efficiency
• Analysis of data to identify issues and demand exceptions
• Use of retailer systems and third-party analytics software
• Responsible for providing planned/unplanned absence cover

Key Measures

• Timely Business Intelligence generation and management
• Report against internal and external benchmark measures
• Maintenance of Demand Planning systems

Qualifications

• Work experience in supply chain planning environment
• Experience in FMCG supply
• Good IT skills, advanced Excel
• Maths or Business qualifications an advantage
