Job Description

Part-time: 13 hours per week (8.30-3pm Thursday & Friday) 

Are you ready to be the friendly face of our company? We're seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of Receptionist.

As our Receptionist, you'll be at the forefront of our business, handling a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Answering the switchboard and directing calls to the appropriate departments
• Dealing with general enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Welcoming all visitors with warmth and hospitality
• Providing valuable administrative support to various departments within the company

Qualifications

• Competent in Microsoft Office suite
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a knack for making people feel valued and welcomed
• Previous experience in handling visitors with professionalism
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with colleagues and visitors alike
• Comfortable with numbers / basic numerical tasks
• Prior experience operating a switchboard is preferred
