We are currently on the lookout for an outstanding candidate to fill full time 9 am - 5 pm day shift . The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, demonstrate compassion for patients, and exhibit a commitment to delivering high-quality care. Essential Functions:

• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments according to supervisory orders.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their condition.
• Med Checks
• Document patient information, treatments, and responses to care accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
• Adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols for nursing care.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.

Qualifications:

• Requirements:
• Valid New Jersey LPN license.
• •Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric nursing particularly in sub-acute care.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Understanding of and commitment to compliance with regulatory requirements.
• CPR and BLS certifications.
• Flu vaccination required.
