Job Summary
The Videographer and Motion Designer is responsible for planning, filming, and editing videos, from large theater presentations to one-on-one sales presentations. The content will also be used on interactive platforms like tablets, mobile devices, and online marketing projects. Responsibilities include ensuring the necessary filming equipment is available, directing other camera operators on set, staging lights and props, and editing film footage. Incumbent must be organized, well-versed in client briefs, and up to date with industry trends and tools. Incumbent must work well with motion designers to design and create impactful and innovative motion graphic videos. This incumbent will interface with all levels of management to expedite Marketing Communications requests. This incumbent must display an exceptional sense of visual design, a passion for typography, and a clear interest in delivering quality results under high-pressure deadlines.

Education
An Associate of Arts in Design or a related field is required. A Bachelor of Fine Arts/Arts/Science in Design or a related field is preferred.
Compensation
The anticipated range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
This position requires relative fitness and stamina to set up and break down film shoots and handle long hours filming and editing video. This position works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in facilities. Some local travel is necessary, so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver’s license is required.
