Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Assisting the design team in uploading artwork to Media Valet, along with general archiving.
• Collecting product information from sharefile/media valet for the creation of design briefs.
• Raising purchase orders via Coupa, submitting invoices and progressing payments.
• Managing merchandise stock at ALM, quarterly requirements from the sales team and liaising with suppliers so this is supplied in a timely manner.
• Helping to organise & support at business events, including liaising with sales and suppliers.
• Co-ordinating the proof reading process, between the local reviewers and translation agency. Along with formatting, uploading and undertaking any corrections as needed for SKU sheets.
• Updating records and requests using databases.
• Collecting regional needs and translations for web banner production briefs.
• Tracking and collating digital activity information, so this can be shared with internal departments
