What you'll be doing:🗓

  • FunnelFuel is seeking an Customer Success Executive to help support our growing commercial team, reporting into the Chief Revenue Officer and taking ownership of our media agency relationships.
  • The Customer Success Executive is responsible for delivering campaigns, exceeding client goals and providing best-in-class service levels to ensure that we grow our client spend by being a trusted partner.
  • Ensure our clients are retained via reporting, weekly calls and post campaign analysis presentations
  • Independently oversee the day-to-day client relationships and provide communication guidance for clients
  • Ensure ongoing team planning on accounts, maintaining consistent communication around KPIs and account plans.
  • Proactively manage and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders within the client business.
  • This individual will be the go to person for our agency clients, the glue, messenger, communicator and organiser for our sales and programmatic teams.

  • Our Sales and Programmatic team are in office Tuesday to Thursday

What you'll need: 🧰

  • Proven experience of developing relationship outside of account management to wider business teams such as Sales, Trading and Finance
  • Commercial experience of working in an Account Management role supporting programmatic and sales teams in digital media.
  • Experience working closely with a programmatic trading team
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communicator and client first mind set.
  • Well organised, empathic and pro-active.
  • Multitasker and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Nice to haves: 🧁

  • Knowledge of Hubspot or similar
  • Worked with global clients

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
