Are you passionate about delivering a fantastic customer experience? Do you want to be part of our friendly, diverse Customer Sales team in our buzzing Brighton office?

We are seeking a Customer Sales Specialist to join our Brighton team. This role is ideal for talented individuals with exceptional customer service skills.

This is not a cold calling job - you’ll be dealing with motivated customers who have contacted us and helping them to get the best deal possible. You'll receive full training in the role.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll be the first point of contact for car sellers, making a great first impression over email and on the phone (both inbound and outbound calls) whilst preparing their vehicles for sale by gathering detailed information.
  • You’ll be managing sellers' expectations on sale prices and providing fantastic customer service throughout your interactions with them.
  • You’ll be updating our internal systems, ensuring you capture all the vehicle details.
  • You’ll be dealing with general customer service enquiries.
  • Supporting the Account Management and Sales and Dealer Support teams where needed.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with proven customer service skills and a passion for giving the best customer experience that will delight others. You’re going to need:

  • A friendly, positive personality with a willingness to work hard and as part of an enthusiastic team.
  • An organised working style with the ability to adapt to change and multitask working across different systems.
  • A strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Real ambition to develop your skills and be the best at what you do.
  • Ideally you may have some phone-based experience or you have a great telephone manner, and the ability to engage a wide demographic of customers.

Location: Brighton

Shift available: Sunday - Thursday 8:45am - 5:30pm
