Digital Marketing Manager at ComplyAdvantage

What you will be doing:

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. 

Working closely with the Head of Growth, this global role involves a variety of key responsibilities for the Digital and Demand Generation team, including running and developing our paid media campaigns on a day-to-day basis. You will ensure ComplyAdvantage is continually optimising across multiple platforms as well as creating competitive campaigns that enable us to maximise results

Responsibilities include:

Paid Media:

  • Creation, development and management of paid social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn and Meta to support a variety of objectives from creating to converting demand.  
  • Management and development of paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads from keyword bids to audience targeting.
  • Close collaboration with the wider teams, such as Design and regional marketing teams, to constantly iterate our approach.
  • Monitor campaign performance against targets, sharing trends and identifying opportunities.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest product developments to ensure ComplyAdvantage remains at the cutting edge.

Digital Marketing:

  • Creation, optimisation and personalisation of campaign landing pages, working closely with our CRO Specialist to ensure excellent conversion rates.
  • Support on Email Marketing strategy and execution including nurtures and newsletters within HubSpot.
  • Support on Webinar strategy from ideation through to post-event communication. 
  • Report on campaign and email performance, working to constantly optimise and exceed objectives.

Skills:

Essential:

  • Significant paid advertising experience across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
  • HubSpot Marketing Hub.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills, and able to communicate complex issues in plain English.

Desirable:

  • Mutiny or similar CRO/personalisation software.
  • ABM platform experience e.g. 6sense, Demandbase, Triblio
  • Strong Google Tag Manager experience
  • Ability to map customer journeys through tools such as Hotjar
