The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Gradfuel, you'll be responsible for managing the full 360 cold desk recruitment process. From sourcing and engaging candidates to building relationships with clients, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience in recruitment who is eager to take their career to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and sourcing talented candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to placement.
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the graduate space.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
