Job Description
PDQ is Prodigious’ small but impressive social-first, content-driven team – made up of self shooter directors, producers and content makers - creating impactful, agile, topical, reactive work.
This role is an exciting opportunity within PDQ to produce online and social content for agencies for the Groupe, including Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi and Boomerang, as well as direct to client. We are looking for a creative social content producer who is a strong multitasker who is equally comfortable on set as they are in the office managing budgets & schedules.
Responsibilities
Execute video and photography projects from concept through to delivery, owning the creative briefing, budget and schedule, managing and coordinating day-to-day producing activities for social content assets for clients
Manage a production cycle between internal teams, freelance crews and external agencies across multiple projects, handle any day-to-day queries and troubleshoot any production and post production issues, while providing regular updates on projects’ progress
Ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and that all deliverables are fit for purpose - working with creatives to deliver ideas that meet the needs of the client brief and budget
Produce a variety of smart and agile projects, from single shooter productions to mid size content with APA crew
Core experience and skills
Producer with 3+ years experience
Experience producing online/ social first projects at a production company/ agency, taking projects from brief to delivery
Excellent understanding of the various social content platforms and their unique offerings, and best practise for social content asset creation and delivery, for brands and beyond
Strong attention to detail and quality control, with an ability to multi-task projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables
Excellent project and time management skills, quick to learn and accommodate rapid change and ambiguity across multiple work streams. Experience using project/process management tools
Experience bidding jobs, and of managing budgets from £10K up to £250k+
Experience in creating presentations via the Google suite for client & agency

An understanding of APA terms and industry regulations
Good problem solver, with ability to find & offer solutions to both budget & time constraints
Comfortable on set in other roles; eg managing shoot schedule as 1st AD, or assisting with props/wardrobe – you must be happy to wear many hats
Nice-to-have attributes
Experience of projects utilising automisation/localisation tools
Experience and/or knowledge of working within or directly for advertising agencies
General knowledge of the Adobe suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and inDesign) to aid general production workflow - for likes of treatments, presentations & casting selects.
