As a Global Strategy Analyst, you will be a key resource in providing and shaping insights for both Brand Strategies and Global Trend Reports. For example the Strategy Analyst will build audience insights from platforms such as TGI Europa and GWI to provide learnings on customer habits/media/values, they will analyse client brand tracking studies and use hubs like Mintel/Warc Foresight Factory to provide both category and broader consumer insights to shape the media strategy. You will also get the opportunity to have ownership over your own client deliverables such as trend newsletters and competitive intelligence reports.
This role calls for someone with a growth mindset and who will feel energized by working on a client that is both demanding and dynamic in equal parts. We want someone who can extract value from our tools and systems through uncovering trends/patterns/insights from data and reports. The Global Strategy Team presents to the entire Global Strategy Community on a regular basis so the successful candidate will have the opportunity to forge relationships across the entire global network.
The Strategy Analyst will have the opportunity to be involved in very senior stakeholder (internal and client) workflows right away so we want someone who feels excited about this challenge and ready to use this to progress in their career.
What are we looking for?
In order to be successful in this role, you’ll have experience using a variety of insight tools such as TGI/GWI to find and deliver insights that shapes planning and strategy decisions, have good skills in platforms such as Excel and Powerpoint and can visualize and ‘storytell’ around insights, crafting presentations that make an impact with clients. You will have an opportunity to learn new skills via custom Publicis tools of which we will provide training and resources for.
Some of the skills we are looking for are:
Experience working directly with clients in an agency environment with proficiency in agency tools
Tight project management skills including driving accuracy, organization and collaboration from our team
Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment managing multiple deliverables at one time Has managed a standalone insight/research project end to end from brief to client delivery.
