Responsibility and Focus
• Accountable to deliver on the marketing strategy that has been put in place through creative & innovative implementation.
• Oversee the delivery and the activation of all Community Management.
• Manage the operations of the core pillars of the marketing stream which include Creative & Social.
• Work closely with the Business Lead and the rest of the streams (Data Science, CRM, Experience Design & Media) to support the through the content for all communications.
• Researches, coordinates, edits and integrates work from writers and designers to produce layouts that meet established branding and style guidelines from existing campaigns. sources, selects and creates targeted content.

Technical & Product
• Overall, the Socia Media Manager is acting as a creative gatekeeper on all the brand's social patforms.
• Overseeing the brand being communicated accurately through the social content
• Has a POV on the media omnichannel management along with a media team driving a 360 experience, digital, offline, on ground.
• Ability to manage budgets and dynamically shift for best business outcomes
• Manage a complex launch strategy across markets, across target groups, and across campaign objectives (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention…).
• Creative: Lead the day-to-day on the creative stream along with content by:
• Managing seasonal campaigns are aligned with the overall brand narrative/storytelling.
• Optimizing brand & performance marketing creative based on learnings and performance.
• Conducting market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
• Managing the integrated creative team and working as an hybrid creative manager who able to:
• Research, brainstorm, Ideate on concept with the creatives
• Monitor the copywriting to ensure it is as per the brand tone of voice
• Provide Visual Cues (at times) to the Client’s brief to the creative team
• Project Mgmt and Traffic Mgmt the day to day to ensure campaigns are delivered on time
• Work closely with the social exec on the publishing & community management to ensure delivery of creative/content is in line with consumer sentiment.
• Social: Supervise the Content exec and work closely to manage and drive conversation around:
• Social content calendars development and management
• Social platforms management to fit set strategy
• Cross social platform messaging with tone of voice and purpose taken into consideration
• Community management understanding and the intricacies of crisis management
• Social listening tools and ability to analyze sentiments and drive positive change
