Job Description

NielsenIQ is looking for an Apprenticeship Manager who will act as the main point of contact for NielsenIQ’s apprentices. You will be responsible for overseeing and leading NielsenIQ’s apprenticeship program. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, our training provider, managers and apprentices to successfully lead the program

Responsibilities 

• Work in partnership with our Talent Acquisition team to advertise, recruit and run our apprenticeship Assessment Center. 

• Successfully onboard all new apprentices into NielsenIQ, ensuring they have a comprehensive induction.  

• Provide a comprehensive induction for all NielsenIQ apprentice managers. Providing a toolkit and site for advice or support that is needed. 

• The main point of contact for all apprentice managers for first line queries and support. 

• Partner with the training provider to monitor the progress and achievement of all apprentices.  

• Become an ambassador for NIQ’s apprenticeship program, supporting through sponsorship of OxLEP apprenticeship awards. As well as raising the awareness, profile, and value of apprenticeships across NielsenIQ.  

• Work in partnership with key stakeholders to organise the rotations for current apprentices into relevant business areas.  

Requirements: 

• Undergraduate degree (or equivalent). 

• GCSE English & Maths at grade C minimum (or equivalent). 

• Ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. 

• Willingness to attend and promote apprenticeships at internal and external events. 

• Strong organisational skills, able to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively. 

• Highly proficient verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills. 

• Prior experience of how the apprenticeship scheme operates.
