Job Description

Embedded within our wider Talent and Culture Team, you will be the face and first impression our internal and external guests are greeted by every morning. 

Here is a snapshot of some of your responsibilities: 

  • To attend to all our guests arriving at the Support Office and ensure they are greeted and looked after. 
  • Maintaining levels of stationary, teas, coffees and all other kitchen supplies
  • Supporting the Talent and Culture Team and Health and Safety Manager for any office related matters
  • Distribution and franking of all mail
  • Invoices/ Purchase orders
  • Being the main point of contact for any Support Office queries and ensuring all key messages/ notes are delivered to respective team members promptly.
  • To ensure that high standards of presentation are maintained in every area of the Head Office at all times
  • To manage and report all emergencies and complaints
  • Generally assisting with any ad hoc areas
  • Oversee the meeting rooms and ensure all are ready for the day
  • Liaise with the building Facilities department regarding any problems with the office facilities, e.g. air conditioning, lighting, lost packages etc.

Qualifications

  • Polite and friendly with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Guest orientated and service minded
  • Highly organised, pragmatic and efficient 
  • Proficient in using the full Microsoft Office package,  in particular word and excel
