Employment: Part Time

• Manage and maintain the submissions platform, liaising with the platform provider regarding any software issues or system amendments.
• Attend training sessions provided by the submissions platform provider.
• Communicate with participants providing guidelines and instructions for submissions, including answering any queries they may have regarding the submission process.
• Be the first point of contact for jury members.
• Translate briefs and callouts for the exhibitions.
• Ensure that submission deadlines are adhered to within the specified timeframes.
• Organise submissions based on the relevant criteria to facilitate the review and selection process.
• Manage data related to submissions, including participants information, submissions details and review scores, ensuring confidentiality of the data is secure.
• Notify participants of the outcome of the review process. This may include acceptance and rejection notices or requests for revision
• Present in Arabic to the local community what WSD 2025 is.

Requirements

Able to demonstrate
• Previous experience in administration roles
• You have an excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbally.
• The ability to work both independently and also within a team environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English
