Employment: Full Time

Our client is a leading cosmetic retailer in CIS countries, and they are expanding their business in the Middle East region.

We are looking to hire a Business Manager / Procurement Manager and the primary responsibility is to lead the procurement and sourcing operations for cosmetic products within a retail setting .

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Analyse market trends and industry developments to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Manage and evaluate select reliable suppliers and vendors of cosmetics and raw materials. Evaluate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure favourable pricing and quality.
- Manage inventory levels to prevent overstock or stockouts. Inventory control measures to minimize wastage and reduce carrying costs.
- Advice and manager quality assurance teams to ensure that all cosmetics meet regulatory and quality standards.
- Optimization: pricing, production, and delivery costs to identify opportunities for cost reduction. Seek cost-effective sourcing options without compromising product quality.
- Research: Update on industry trends, new products, and new suppliers.

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile
- 10 years' experience in managing business operations and purchase/ procurement in a retail company in the UAE.
- Arabic speaker is an advantage.
- Know-how of multi-currency and multi- country procurement functions
- Ability to adopt within a dynamic workplace.
