Employment: Full Time

• Responsible for the Planning and Scheduling, Cost Control and Estimation, Quantity Surveying, Information Management and management of service resources to provide efficient, cost-effective, timely support to the project and all associated construction activities.
• Responsible for the efficient delivery of all project control services to engineering, construction and commissioning.
• Responsible for the management of all support resources.
• Responsible for the planning and reporting activities.
• Responsible for building and maintaining rigorous Contract financial records, spend reporting, estimating, performance analysis.

Salary:OMR 4,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.


Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in project management and control, planning, and cost engineering-related work. Minimum 5 years in management role /specialising in project control areas.
• Degree in a relevant discipline (B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Eng.) and membership of an internationally accepted applicable professional Institute.
• Post Graduate Degree in Management (MBA) is strongly preferred.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills and an extrovert. Shall be able to form, smoothly interact and motivate a team within a matrix type organisation.
